This is a fully decorated 18K white gold band with a repeating pattern carried around the exterior. Four-petal floral motifs alternate with elongated rectangular panels across the face, each framed by fine beaded borders. Angular engraved elements continue onto both the top and bottom edges of the band, creating decoration across three visible surfaces rather than limiting the design to the face alone.
That additional engraving is an important part of the band. Viewed straight on, the flowers and rectangular panels create a strong, balanced rhythm around the finger. Turn the band even slightly and the sharply engraved geometric work along the upper and lower edges becomes visible, giving the design considerably more dimension.
